I am specialized in conducting research, interviewing scientists and policy experts, and reviewing technical briefs, news pieces, publications and documents to create science and policy communications outputs. I've worked on varied sustainability topics including global food systems, agriculture and food systems, water, nature and climate, energy, supply chain sustainability, humanitarian aid, migration, and international trade.

I've also done sector/landscape mappings for foundations and NGOs to identify potential funding recipients, funding opportunities, and competitors. 

For those times when you want someone to be the point of contact between your overall vision and a team of web developers. Someone who works out the smaller details, managing the editing, placement, and flow of text, graphics, and the overall interface to create a polished final product. In an alternate universe, I would be a UX designer but

alas, I am not. At least, not yet.

I write and edit text for living but I've got an eye for design. For smaller, more simple assignments, I can create high-quality infographics, brochures, and report covers that fit your needs. For bigger assignments, I can work with designers to make sure that the intention behind the text is accurately conveyed through the design (or in other words, "that they align." In the sustainability sector matching these two elements is a nuanced task).
